Hello,As the pandemic of swine flu has spread off every where, there is no specific at risk region where you should avoid travelling to. You can definitely take your baby in maharashtra, but you should avoid overcrowded situations, people having cold and cough , and some cough and cold mannerisms are important. Thanks

Buy a hand sanitizing lotion or gel from the medical shop, keep it in your handbag and rub this in your hands very frequently, particularly before touching yours or your baby's face, mouth, nose etc. Once u are in Maharashtra, avoid going to crowded places and being close to people with flu-like symptoms. Overall, do not worry too much as there are lakhs and lakhs of people in both Karanataka and Maharashtra but very few have swine flu. One important thing to remember is to see a doctor immediately if your baby has fever or any other danger signs of serious illness.
