Pediatrician 's  Response
102 temperature is unlikely due to teething. if your child is lying down sick as well, please take her to hospital & get her evaluated with blood, urine & stool evaluation.

General & Family Physician Dr. Sampath Kumar B's  Response
Hi, welcome to healthcare magic. Fever, foul smelling stools are a sign of infection. And the child is crying because of the bowel cramps as a result of intestinal spams. I would advise you to immediately consult a Pediatrician and start the antibiotics and further treatment.
