Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

With those high levels of lipids , i can say you are at a risk of cardiovascular disease. At this age , dyslipidemia like that should be evaluated very well for metabolic disorders or lipid disorders.

Atherosclerosis occurs in people who have normal lipid levels also over a certain age.But the extent of it in all blood vessels cannot be calculated or measured. However you can get a carotid artery Doppler to check plaques in your main arteries to head , angiogram to check plaques and blockage in vessels to heart .

Please consider complete checkup with respect to cardiology , Endocrinology and Internal Medicine departments .

Take care.
