both your ast and alt are on the higher side.
it can be caused to various drugs, alcohol or any disease involving the liver. look out for the drugs you are taking. in case you develop symptoms like pain abdomen and fever, i would advise you to visit a physician regarding the same.
avoid smoking and alcohol.
