Hi Ranjit, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Does She have Jaundice? Was she alright before 3 days? Is she on any medications? The report suggest mild hepatomegaly. There are various causes for this. As it may happen due to Infections like Hepatitis A, owing to some medications or simple viral infections called Viral Hepatitis. Just get her examined by a Pediatric Gastroenterologist so that he can evaluate her completely and get a Blood Work up done to rule out any Infection or any other cause.
I Wish her Good Health, Take Care.

For the last 8 yrs I ve been having lots of IG problems off and on. The main problem I ve been having is tons of pain, the bloat and bad gas with my IG. It hurt so bad that I don t want to move some days and you can t touch my lower abdomen. The pain feels like sharp shooting pain. Some days I can go days without a BM, almost up to 4 days and some days where I can t stop going. It hurts to have a BM some days and some time I have bright red blood in my stool. My stool also has red and black spots, it some times look like spices in the stool. The stool also has a weird smell of burning rubber. The other problems are eating or drinking any time can make my abdomen to starts to hurt and in some cases it starts to bloat up my abdomen. In some cases I ve also throw up food that I ve eaten 4 or 5 hours ago and I don’t know why. My abdomen feel fine when I m not eating or drinking for long periods of time, once I start eating or drinking the pain comeback. When I m having these problems I started putting on weight when the problems go away I can lose the weight. I ve been to the doctors countless number of times and they done countless number of tests but found nothing every time. I ve had blood test, gallbladder ultrasound test, GI ultrasound and upper GI exam. All these tests have been done and nothing has been found but the only thing I’m getting out of all these test are bills for them. Please Help Me!
Husband, 65, has been having severe pain in his lower right upper abdomen and into his lower diaphragm where his hiatal hernia is. He has suffered from chronic acid reflux (GERD) for 50 yrs. He has an endoscopy every 2-3 years. He is also having extreme difficulties in breathing.... he just can t seem to get enough air. All has been going on now for about 3 months. His doctor ran every blood test and did an EKG. All tests were fine. Although he was diagnosed with PVC. But his pain worsened and so we thought it might be his gall bladder and went to emergency yesterday, Nov 9, where they ran even more blood tests, another EKG, did a cat scan and ultra sound to rule that out. His blood pressure was 165/113 and continued at that all day for 7 hrs in emergency. Again, all tests came back clean! Can his acid reflux, hernia and this PVC all be connected? They sent him home with no diagnosis, other than they think it s his acid reflux causing all of his symptoms and suggested that he go in for an upper GI / endoscopy to check things out. Today, Nov 10, he continues to have a horrible headache cuz of the high blood pressure and pain in his upper right abdomen/lower diaphragm area. Baffled as to what is causing all his symptoms and why they would even send him home with that high of blood pressure... they said they weren t really concerned about it and that it wasn t life-threatening. He is on blood pressure mediations. Please give me advice or your opinion on what could be going on. FYI: He has seen 2 physicians and 1 cardiologist so far... all with Kaiser.

PELVIC ULTRASOUND: I had a biopsy last Thursday how long do you have to edit before you resume intercourse? What does of this means? HISTORY48 years female : Postmenopausal bleeding Comparison: 4-28-14 pelvic ultrasound Transabdominal sonographic evaluation of the pelvis reveals a retroflexed uterus measuring 11.0 x 5.2 x 4.6 cm. Transvaginal sonographic evaluation of the pelvis reveals several nabothian cysts in the cervix. The endometrial stripe is heterogeneous and exhibits a maximum thickness of 11 mm which is abnormally thickened for a postmenopausal female not on hormone replacement therapy. The uterine myometrium is diffusely heterogeneous, raising the possibility of adenomyosis. Multiple subcentimeter cystic spaces are noted in the endometrium. Neoplasia cannot be excluded. A small amount of free fluid is visible in the pelvis. A posterior, intramural fibroid measures 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm. The right ovary measures 3.0 x 3.0 x 1.4 cm. A hypoechoic lesion in the right adnexa, measuring 2.2 x 2.0 x 1.0 cm is most suggestive of a paraovarian cyst. The left ovary measures 4.4 x 2.1 x 1.9 cm and contains a 0.8 x 0.7 x 0.7 hypoechoic lesion with an echogenic rim; this lesion is not significantly changed from the prior exam. IMPRESSION: 1. Thickened endometrial stripe containing numerous subcentimeter cystic spaces; neoplasia cannot be excluded. Further evaluation with endometrial biopsy or sonohysterography should be considered. 2. Hypoechoic lesion previously noted in the right ovary is not evident on the current exam. 2. Subcentimeter, hypoechoic lesion in the left ovary which exhibits an echogenic rim is not significantly changed from 4-28-14. A similar lesion was noted on a 10-30-13 pelvic ultrasound,
