My 93 yo mil fell and hit her head on

My 93 yo mil fell and hit her head on 4/27/18. She spent 3 nights in hosp., then released with assistance at home. On 5/6, she had what looked like a tia, has been in hospital since then. Stroke has been ruled out, TIA has been ruled out and now seizures have been ruled out. No one seems to know what is going on with her. Any thoughts?

My friend (in his 60 s & he s had one HA about a year or two ago) hit his head (top of head about couple inches back from hairline) on doorway (200 YO bldg. & he s 6 3 ) so hard he fell back on his back - I asked if he saw stars and he replied of course he did . His wife was there - he wouldn t go to ER or put ice pak on head. Is he likely to have a concussion?
