Cholesterol 210 at this is age is quite more and not good.
I think he may be obese.
Consult pediatrician go for investigations.

U did not mention about the various fractions including good and bad type of cholesterol.
Elevated total cholesterol may be due to metabolic disordrs, hormonal disorders, diabetes,or simple obesity.
Do other tests to look for these.
