General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a contusion, the fracture is unlikely as you will experience severe pain if there is a fracture.

Consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. An X-ray is required to rule out a fracture.

If there is diagnostic confusion, an MRI may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
