This is age related problem.
She might have degenerative changes in the vertebrae giving rise to leg pain or cramps.
There is possibility of having Osteomalsia or osteoporosis.
Giv high dose of calcium,vit A,D.plenty of milk.
Go for x ray lumbo sacral region.
