hi,thanks for query. In the absence of other complaints like fever the possibility of viral infections is likely.Give medicines as per advise and give her small amount of fluids during the day continuously. You can give her jello which will help, try sucking ice for some time, this gives relief from continuous nausea.Do give light diet, juices, yogurt etc.
wishing her speedy recovery.

Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases Dr. Hema Yadav's  Response
Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Vomiting persistently may lead to dehydration which may worsen her problem.
Do continue the anti emetic medicine as prescribed, round the clock i.e. thrice a day.Give her sips of cold water or oral rehydration solution throughout the day.Do not feed her spicy or fatty foods in large amount.Watch for signs like decreased urination, fever, irritability or lethargy. If present take her to doctor for re check up.
Thanks
