My 3 Year Old Is Coughing Very Badly

hi, my 3 year old is coughing very badly, so badly that he vomited his meals last night and today when he has coughed, his testicle swells to the size of a golf ball. what should i do..???

This seems to viral infection. this is the season for this due to may be cold weather or cross infection from othere.give him liquids that soothe his throat like,honey,warm liquids like soup.etc.If there is associated cough and cold give some cough syrup.watch out for diff in breathing ,if present consult your doctor.Due to excessive coughing starin of testicles in normal.
