My 24 year old daughter is experiencing dizziness, nausea, ear

My 24 year old daughter is experiencing dizziness, nausea, ear drainage, temperature normal, generally not feeling well. A few weeks ago she saw her doctor due to chest pains. She had a fine EKG and blood work for pulmonary embolism - negative. Her blood pressure was slightly elevated which was attributed to anxiety over the chest pain. Doctor said sore tendons. I am debating if she is ok to wait until morning to see her doctor or if she needs to be seen tonight.

My daughter has experienced dizziness and nausea 6 times in 4 weeks. In between she was fine. She went to doctor today who said she didn’t have ear infection in either ear but did have fluid so he gave her a prescription for an antihistamine to dry up the fluid. If this doesn’t resolve her symptoms she will then have to go to someone else. I am trying to figure out where this fluid is and how did it get there when she hasn’t been swimming. Not even sure how to begin to look this up. She self diagnosed BPPV but that doesn’t seem to be this doctor’s thought. What does she have, how to prevent or lessen chances of having this again, how did she get it to begin with. Thank you

For 2 weeks I have been experiencing an issue with my right ear. Initially it was intermittent. Sometimes it it was a white noise, at other times it was like the sound you hear after a very loud noise has stopped. At other times the hearing in that ear was so magnified that it was difficult to cope with. Three days after it started I had an episode of intense dizziness that lasted a few hours & then went. The whole next week I carried on as normal with the ear being my only issue. Then the dizziness returned with much greater intensity accompanied this time by nausea. I had to lie down in a dark room without moving my eyes or anything else for about 4 hours before the symptoms slowly abated. Since then I have had a couple of instances of dizziness but the real issue is my ear which for the last 24 hours has been consistently bad with the hearing magnified and a white noise constantly there. I am also exhausted and now unable to do the things that I was doing only last week (eg 75 minute heated yoga sessions 3 times/week, walking to & from the shops, housework etc). Thanks in advance.

Good afternoon, a little background... I awoke this morning and felt fine and apart from what I ve been experiencing this morning - still (sort of) feel fine. I am a 57 yr old female, 5 4 overweight (approx 180lbs) and a smoker. I awoke earlier (about 10am). While sitting outside, waiting for my dog to do her business, I was hit by a wave of dizziness (a slight graying out feeling), nauseousness and waves of what I can only describe as a heatwave travelling head to toe. I don t recall my heart racing (but it might have been)... there was no chest pain. I took several deep controlled breathes until the feeling passed and I continued on with my day. Since then, and right now in fact, I have continued to have this feeling (about 8 times in 5 hours). It s like heat & a tingling sensation radiating through my body, mostly arms & legs and lower back - face will feel flushed, I get nauseous and dizzy. I continue to do controlled breathing through this until it passes (about 5 secs). However, I have this incredible headache now as well and the ringing in my ears (which I ve had for years) is worse. This feeling has happened about 8 times since I awoke. I have checked my pulse and it appears to be within the reg limit at about 68-72 beats/min. Apart from these oddities I feel fine. 9 times (just now).... I don t know whether I should visit the emerg or not..... I m a little scared..... Help/Advice?
