My 19 year old daughter banged her thumb nail (that has a fake nail on it) hard enough that it has torn at least 50% of her real nail off from where it is suppose to be attached. She has blood and it is very painful. What are some things she can do to help with the pain and healing while she waits for the nail to grow out and fall off?

I have a 2 1/2 year old girl who has always sucked her thumb. In the last couple of weeks her thumb nail has slowley started coming away and now seems to be hanging on by a small bit of skin/nail. I am concerned about hygine, and whether, if the nail does fall off, will it grow back as normal

Hi there, my name is Nicole. I am a 31 year old, generally health woman.. I have just noticed on my left thumb, that my nail seems to be almost sinking in, near the cuticle area.. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it something common?? Thank you in advance!!
