My 14 year old did not stay for cross country

My 14 year old did not stay for cross country running practice after school, but instead got on the football bus and went to the football game out of town. He did not ask permission nor did call to tell us where he was. We had to call the school and have him tracked down. How should my husband and I discipline him. He has ADHD and is a great nephew who lives with us.

My son is 15 years old. He is 5 10 1/2 and weighs 138 pounds. He is a cross country runner on a HS team. He was experiencing severe pain and his family Dr. did X-rays. The results are: mild scoliosis and mild straigtening of the lumbar . What is the treatment for this? Should he continue to run? What are the long term effects of this condition?

I m 31 years old and my right eyes crosses periodically from strabismus. I had surgery to correct it when I was around 2 or 3. Growing up through high school it seems like it stayed crossed all the time because of my being involved in lots of sports(which seems to always cause them to cross). The past 10 years they haven t crossed that much but it s primarily because I avoid situations that would typically cause my right eye to go inward(playing sports, sometimes dinner or people just being up in face to close). When it does cross it will typically stay like that until I go to bed and wake up the next morning. I was just wandering if there was a surgery to completely fix the crossed eye for good? I am also far sided and my eye doctor was saying that if I had the surgery that it could cause my eye to go outward. Any input would be appreciated. P.s. Im not sure if it s mind over matter but lots of times when we have family gatherings or meetings or other appointments I ll have a few beers to relax me from over thinking that my eye is gonna cross. I no, sounds crazy, but it seems to help. Any suggestions?
