My 13 Year Old Son Had What We Think Was

My 13 year old son had what we think was his first migrane last night. He had headache, light sensitivity, nausea and vomiting. I gave him ibuprophen. It helped very little. He laid in bed and finally slept. He was better this morning. His dad and I never have had migranes. No family history. What is the best way to treat a child his age if this happens again?
