Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 5 feet 6 inches, 58 kilos and aged 44. For the last couple of years ive had extreme muscle weakness and pain in my legs. Ive also had blurred vision in my left eye and sometimes find it hard to find words. For example I called a frisbee a physio. Ive been having drenching night sweats with awful rigors. A lumbar puncture showed matched Oligoclonal bands but MRI normal. What might be causing this as very debilitating.
HI Thank fro asking to HCM Orthostatic hypotension is likely conditioned should be taken in to consideration I would suggest you for spinal MRI this will give some clue for your present condition, you can discus this with your doctor, take care have nice day.
