Muscle Weakness, Pain In Legs, Blurred Vision, Sweating. Lumbar Puncture. Cause?

I am 5 feet 6 inches, 58 kilos and aged 44. For the last couple of years ive had extreme muscle weakness and pain in my legs. Ive also had blurred vision in my left eye and sometimes find it hard to find words. For example I called a frisbee a physio. Ive been having drenching night sweats with awful rigors. A lumbar puncture showed matched Oligoclonal bands but MRI normal. What might be causing this as very debilitating.
