Muscle aches in buttocks, lower ribs pain, headaches, tiredness. What is going on?

Hi, I have been having 'muscle aches' in my buttocks for many months as well as in my back after only minor exertion which causes the back to feel as if the back has seized completely. I have also got pain in my lower ribs, though no bruising and no injury and also in the middle of my chest if I press it. I have headaches all the time and feel very tired. I am 41 years old and a male

I have studied your case,

There can be nerve compression leading to buttock pain and chest pain.
you may need neurotropic with calcium and vit d supplement.
If required X ray spine.
As you are having generalized body weakness,i will advise to check B12 and vit D3 level in blood.
Are you having hyperacidity, indigestion,hypertension which can cause persistant headache.
