Multiple Joint Aches, Pains. Would A Person Qualify For Social Security Disability?

Would a person qualify for social security disability with disk space height loss L4-5,L5-S1, subtle scoliosis , L4-5 spondylosis and mild facet arthrosis with evidence of mild abutment of bilateral descending L5 nerve root take off. Low grade spinal canal stenosis. Strenth 5/5 hip flexion, mild disc apace narrowing, disc desiccation present shallow concentric mixed spondylotic displacement. Also multiple joint aches and pains.
