Mucus In The Stool After Taking Oxyelite Pro Dietary Pills. Stop The Pill?

Hi, yes, I just recently started taking, oxy elite pro, a dietary pill. I do all the requirements and never take more then recommended. However, it seems to be affecting my bowl movements. Whenever I poop, I see a type of I want to say "mucus" white substance in my stool, feces, poop, or whatever you want to call it. Is this a problem? Should I stop the pill? Because I happen to like the pill, just not this side effect.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Side effects of the constituents present in the pill.
2. Any infection in the Gastrointestinal tract.

So, stop using the pill.
If symptoms still persist, kindly consult your Physician and get a proper clinical examination done.
In case any infective etiology is suspected, subsequent treatment will be done using antibiotics.
Investigation like Stool examination & Ultrasound scan of abdomen will be helpful.

Hope this helps.
Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
