Hi,

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

You report to :
- been sick for 2 weeks
- symptoms: sinus pain, constant drip, drainage, headaches, coughing, fatigue all the time,
- medications: z pac

From what you are reporting, it seems that you have gone through a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Zpac is an antibiotic and has covered the bacterial infections part.

However, as the symptoms are persisting, then, should symptomatic treatment is recommended:
- nasal decongestant locally
- aerosoltherapy
- mucolytics (e.g. carbocystein) to dissolve mucus and ease coughing
- antihistaminics to ease coughing especially at night

Keep well hydrated (water, ORS, liquid diet-chicken soups, etc.).

You should be ok within a couple of days after starting this treatment. If not, should see your doctor again to exclude bronchitis or pneumonia.

Wish fast recovery!
