Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You are probably suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome. You must reduce stress in your life for improvement. Also keep away from wheat, barley and see if any improvement. Do Yoga, Pranayam, and deep breathing exercises for good stress relief. Also try to make 6-8 hours for sleep daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do brisk walking exercise everyday for 40 minutes and that will do wonders to help relieve tension. If you have problems in this area and more anxiety you must consult a good Psychiatrist and you will get good treatment in this regard.
