Missing Periods. Pregnancy Chances?
i had my last periods in february 1st 2013 .my urine test for pregnancy gave me positive.

In the present scenario, your chances of conception depend on the time of your intercourse; if you had it during the fertile period, you could have conceived. As the sonogram does not give any impression of a pregnancy, you can get a serum beta-hCG assay coupled by a repeat sonogram after a few days. This will help you to exclude/confirm pregnancy.
