Missing Periods. Chances Of Pregnancy? Home Pregnancy Test Negative
Hello Doctor, I am concern that I may possibly be pregnant. My last menstrual cycle was in October around the 20th-27th. I did not recieve my period at all for the month of November and still have not recieved it yet for December. However, although I am sexually active I did not have any sexual intercourse durring the month of November, so I don t think I am pregnant because of that reason. I had also just recently took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative, so I guess my question is why havent I recieved my period yet?

Your concer is right but pregnancy is not the only cause you must understand and as you are sexually active it must be ruled out home test is negative but you must visit a Gynecologist and get checke yourself.
Blood test of Beta HCG if negative will rule out pregnancy and then she may need thyroid function and Complete blood count to see for hemoglobin and other organic causes and if every other thing is fine a severe form of stress can also be a cause for missed period .
so do not worry please get examined and investigate and I hope nothing serious is there and you will be fine in few days.
