Missing Period, Negative Pregnancy Tests. Stains Of Blood After Having Sex, Not Flowing Outside. STD?

Hi Doc,

I didn't have sex for one whole year & recently started to have sex.
My last mense on Mar 1 and my mense didn't come till now.
I thought I'm pregnant & get myself tested .. result is : not pregnant.

Though my mense not here but each time I have sex,
I bleed while getting myself wash up.
And I don't get any blood after the wash up.
My panty totally clean without any blood stain.

Am I bleeding from inside & the blood isn't flowing out?
Or am I getting any sex disease from my sex partner?

Otherwise what other reason could it be ...
That my mense isn't here for 2month & result showing I ain't pregnant?

Welcome to HCM.
Minor bleeding may occur after sex but it not like your period bleeding.
Go for USG examination to confirm the pregnancy.It could be due to hormonal disturbances.
Go for complete hormonal investigation to start the specific treatment.
Consult your ob/gynecologist for further guidance and medical management.
