Missed Periods, Thick Brownish Discharge. Reason?

Hello Doctor Matthew , Iam 27 yrs old , my weight is 47 , On feb 4 I got my periods for 3 days and in march I didn't got any periods. Now this month I.e on April 4 I got periods continuously till 10th of April . From 10th onwards till now iam getting a thick clump of discharge only after every urination which was very sticky, sometimes brown and sometimes red , plz give me complete reason

The thick brownish discharge that you are having could be due to an impending period or an early pregnancy miscarriage. Ectopic pregnancy or implantation bleeding can also be there.
