i have missed my period las two months out of no where started yesterday first noticed only when wiped then black chuncks when wiping now like big clots bright red blood and little black chuncks really server head acks and overy pain what should i do feel weird light headed not myself and tired i have had my tubes tied 3 yrs ago email YYYY@YYYY

you didn't mention your age, these type of menstrual irregularities can be seen in perimenopausal age group because of hormonal fluctuation,
in reproductive age group also different kind of problems can affect hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis leading to menstrual irregularities, as you undergone tubectomy the chance of pregnancy is very less though cannot be completely eliminated,
so you consult gynecologist, undergo physical examination and ultrasound to find out the possible cause and treatment can be taken accordingly.
