Missed periods, negative pregnancy test, ultrasound shows minimal fluid in POD, pregnant ?

i have missed my period for 2 months but negative pregnancy test . there is minimal fluid in pod in ultrasound result. what does it mean? is there any possibility of pregnancy?

Hello. Welcome to HCM.
With 2 months amenorrhoea and negative urine pregnancy test, the chances of pregnancy are nil.
Your have not mentioned if any ovarian cyst is detected in your USG. Sometimes, they will be important causes of amenorrhoea. Depending on age it can even be a symptom of menopause.
If, you are not perimenopausal, best approach will be to have cyclical hormonal therapy, as suggested by your gynaecologist
