Missed periods, negative pregnancy test, have pregnancy symptoms. Reason?

I had my period October 21-26...I had sex November 12 and period was due November 21 and it has not come on yet..I went to the ER today and was told pregnancy test is negative and tht I have a bladder infection ...I also took 3 pregnancy tests tht came out negative...if I m not pregnant why haven t I had my period but have pregnancy symptoms and still have sore breasts?

I suggest that you should have a blood pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy with 100% surety. Also go for a pelvic ultrasound scan preferably trans-vaginal as this will exclude other pelvic pathologies like ovarian cysts or ectopic pregnancy as a possible cause of your missed period. If both tests are normal & negative for pregnancy you should see a Gynecologist for relevant hormonal tests. Symptoms are all too non-specific to make any conclusion.
