Missed periods, have dark brown spotting, weird feeling in stomach, tiredness and back pain, negative pregnancy test. What should be done?

hi doctor, i have irregular periods and two months now, not having a periods yet, but I have some symptoms, feel like i am pregnant. Symptoms are like a dark brown patches , and some feelings in my stomach also feel tiredness and back pain , period pain as well. I had a home pregnancy test twice and it says negative both times, so could you tell me please, what should I do now??

Thanks for query,
You have a delayed period due to hormonal imbalance.
As your pregnancy test shows negative result there is no chances of pregnancy.
You should consult Gynec she will suggest you to take hormone theraphy to get withdrawal bleeding.
Then she put you on regular hormone pills for 3-4 months to regular your periods.
