hi Ainsliemul,
I have read your question,
Primolut N 5mg (Norethisterone) mimics the effects of your natural progesterone and so can help regulate the healthy growth and normal shedding of the womb lining. It may be used in the treatment of menstrual disorders such as irregular or painful menstrual periods, premenstrual syndrome and endometriosis. It may also be used to postpone the onset of menstruation for special circumstances, such as if travelling or taking part in sporting event.
Since you are saying that you are not having period since a long time (case of prolonged period) this drug containing progesterone mimicing drug will stop your period further , hence I suggest you to discontinue this drug immediately.
I would also suggest you to take haemo-tonics and iron rich food for increasing the chances of a period.
For further medical advice I suggest you to consult a certified gynecologist nearby immediately.

Wishing you a good health,
DR.G.Gayatri devi.
