Missed periods, brown bleeding, lower back pain, cramps, nausea, tiredness. Pregnancy symptoms?

I missed my period December 22 then on the 31st had some brownish blood barley had any one the tampon I have been having lower back pain light cramps while back pain, nausea, tired and peeing more. Is it to early for a positive test because took test yesterday and it was negative.

Usually at the the point that you have missed a period, the pregnancy test will turn positive. So, I do not think that you are pregnant. Women can have a small amount of bleeding mid-cycle when they ovulate, so my best guess is that you had a delay in when you ovulated, which when it occurred you experienced normal bleeding and cramping, and your period should occur within two weeks. If it does not occur within two weeks, then repeat the pregnancy test.
