Hello welcome to health care magic You have taken deviry 10 mg tab for regularisation of periods..but you didn't get normal periods Then you have undergone hormonal studies, your prolactin level came as 34.76 ng/ml,,that means you have high prolactin levels..normal levels are in between 2-30 ng/ml..First of all you should know the cause of high prolactin..it may be because of some drugs or pituitary adenoma secreting prolactin hormone.. you need dopamine agonist like bromocriptine to lower prolactin levels.. After the normalization of prolactin levels you will get your periods normally...
During pregnancy you may very high levels of prolactin not just 34.76 ng/ml.. Consult infertilty specialist for further suggestions.. Hope you understand my answer. thank you Dr.siddartha
