Hello just wanted to ask what the possibilities would be if you've had a tubal 14 yrs ago and you missed your period by approx 2 wks? Have regular periods only missed my periods the 3 times I was pregnant, I turned 40 this Sunday but have had pregnancy symptoms and got a negative home pregnancy test, have no pain anywhere in my pelvic area. Could this be an ecptopic pregnancy/a pregnancy or start of menopause?

At 40 years, missed periods by 15 days could be just start of perimenopausal periods with the other perimenopausal symptoms making you think regarding pregnancy.though it is quiet early
However, you get a BHCG done to be very sure and rule out pregnancy
