Hi,
thanks for the question. It would actually depend on the type of pregnancy test that you did. The quality of the test matters. I would suggest you go to a certified health centre and run a Blood serum Beta HCG test. This test is more accurate and specific.
If it still turns out that way, you will be compelled to visit a radiologist or gynecologist for an Obstetric ultrasound. The ultrasound shall tell us exactly whether there is a pregnancy or not. At 2 months without months with no menses, the obstetric ultrasound shall be more specific.
Consult with your primary care physician fro a beta HCG sensitive blood test and a probable obstetric ultrasound to examine the contents of the uterus to be very sure.
Thanks and hope this helps,
Luchuo, MD.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you are not having pregnancy as test is negative after missing your period for 2 months.
But still to become more sure go for blood HCG test to rule out pregnancy.
The symptoms you feel might be due to some gastric problem.
Hearing heart beats of fetus is too early.
Ok and bye.

Hi thanks for your question.
If you missed your periods for 2 months and your having symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, but pregnancy test is negative. The best way to confirm pregnancy is to go for ultrasound to confirm or rule out pregnancy.I would suggest you to consult a gynaecologist, who may able to examine you and may also advice ultrasound of your pelvic organs to determine the cause of missing your periods .
Hope this answers your question.
