Missed Period With A Negative Pregnancy Test

for the month of november i didnt have a period but last night when it ook a pregnancy test it said negative is something wrong?

Hi well come to HCM.
You have not mentioned your last date so its difficult to judge for how many days
your period is delayed.If not pregnant over anxiety about pregnancy can also delay
your period. Thanks
