Missed Period, Was On Birth Control Pills, Nausea, Losing Balance, Headaches. Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi, my question is...Can I be pregnant even if 3 home pregnancy tests said no? I was taking birth control pills...I missed one period 3 weeks ago ( the one before that it was just just a few amount) and I always have been extremely regular and on time, never happened this before. I got nauseas and lose my balance yesterday... I find chicken disgusting even when it was normal for me to eat it before...I also have ramdon headaches during the day and morning. Thank you.

If you are taking your birth control pills regularly without missing even a single pill and the three pregnancy tests are negative then the pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in periods is likely to be due to a post pill amenorrhea.
