Hi Heer, Thanks for writing to us. Sometimes stress, chance of place or hormonal derangement may delay periods. In such cases a hormonal profile should be done and to regularise the menstrual cycle hormonal pill can be started. In India, there are many like YAz, Yasmin,Yamini etc. These are usually taken for 21 days and then a break of seven days is taken for withdrawal bleed. However prior to starting any of these medicines, a gynaecologist should always be consulted. Hope this helped.
