Missed period, negative pregnancy test, brown discharge, nausea, headache, cramps. Insight?

Hi, I am 29 years old and have missed my period by 15 days. I took 2 hpt and 1 blood quant test that all came out negative. I have been having brown discharge for about 7 days now, not enough to wear a pad or liner. I had symptoms such as nauseous, headaches and cramps last week but not as much this week. Not sure what to think of it. Can you give me some insight on this?
