Hello,needed a few answers from you,whether you are married/into a relationship??
If yes get a urine pregnancy test first.
With ovarian problems menstrual irregularities are common.
Have you got your thyroid tests done any time,if not than get them done as one of the reasons for irregular periods and weakness, tiredness could be,thyroid hormones not being in normal range
Get a hemoglobin check up also... And needed the details of the surgeries you have undergone.
For severe cramping pain get a Ultrasound of whole abdomen done.
For sore nipples, just apply simple moisturising cream 2-3 times a day n you will feel better.
Get back with the above answers and the reports and might be able to help you better
