Hi! This is Cheenna. I'm super curious about what's happening on my body right now. My last Menstruation is February 27 til March 1 or 2. And I think I missed my period for the month of March. Now its April,. Im having dark urine as well. I work as a call center agent here in the Philippines for a graveyard shift. please help me with this thank you!

Some amount of fluctuation in the menstrual cycle is common.
The period can get delayed due to many causes like stress and strain, weight changes, poly cystic disease, thyroid abnormalities etc.
If there is any possibility of pregnancy better to rule out that first.
Then you wait for one more week, possibly by that time you will get your periods. If not consult gynecologist get examined to find out the possible cause for delayed periods and take treatment for withdrawal bleeding.
