Missed Last 2 Periods, Bloating, Watery Clear Discharge, Swollen, Itchy Breasts, Light Cramping. HPT Negative. Opinion?

I have missed my last two periods. My last cycle was in May. I have always been regular. Last year I miscarried. There has been times I'm a few days late but never anything like this!!! I have taken 6 home tests all negative. I really do not have any symptoms as I had with my other pregnancies. I feel and am very bloated in my torso. I have had a watery clear discharge w/out odor. Breast are swollen and itchy. My breast have almost gone up a cup size. Never have had the itching before. Have light cramping that comes and goes with lower back pain. Never have menstrual cramping. Made an appt with my gyno for the end of the month. This is driving me crazy. I have no idea what this could be.

You have not mentioned your age.In childbearing age-
The delay in period can be due to-
* Severe anemia, long standing illness, may cause delay in periods
* A missed abortion/blighted ovum.
* Menstrual irregularity due to hormonal causes
* It may be PCOS - where problem is with ovulation.
* Uterine fibroid may show such a symptom.
The breast engorgement,watery discharge,lower back pain are associated symptoms of the missed periods.
Its good you are meeting your Gyno in few days,
usually few investigations like-blood Hb%,pelvic ultrasonography, hormonal assessments are done apart from physical check up.All above conditions are treatable & curable. Please don't be tense.
