OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Most common cause of first trimester abortion is chromosomal abnormality and other causes could be hormonal imbalance like high TSH value, progesterone deficiency etc.

I suggest to consult with your gynecologist for detailed investigations and take appropriate treatment accordingly. She must take vitamin and folic acid for at least 3 months prior to conception.

Good luck.
