Miscarriage, Constant Bleeding, Painful During Urination. Healing Time?

Hello, i started having a miscarriage 4 days ago was kept in hospital over night then let home the next day, bleeding has been constant but today i have been needing to urinate more, not much comes out and it is really painful! I have been feeling discomfort all day! Please can you advise what this could be and how i can stop it? :( thanks

If it was a spontaneous miscarriage then the recovery does not take more than 5-7 days. If it was a surgical abortion then pelvic pain might persist for upto two weeks.
