Mild pain on the left side of the chest after running on a treadmill. Do I have a heart disease? Have high cholesterol

When I run on a treadmill, if heartrate goes to 125 I get minor pain (heaviness) on the left side of the chest . Although I can still continue exercise, I am concerned. Is there any linkages to heart issues. I am 50 years old and have high cholesterol but exercise regularly. This doesn t happen every day, only some days.
