Mild Headaches After Craniotomy With Tumor Resection, Incision Site Numb, Pressure Around Eyes. Is It Due To Scar Tissue ?

I had a craniotomy with tumor resection 3 months ago. followed by a gamma knife treatment. About three week ago I started getting mild headaches. Pressure around my eyes. Also, the incision sight on the right back of my head had been numb and is now hurts if something touches it. Can scar tissue be the cause of the headache and soreness?
