Mild Fever, Diarrhoea, Green Stool. Treatment?

Hi. I recently have a low grade fever (around 37C) for around 5-6days. A few days ago I had diarrhea and today I have green poop! In the morning it was green and just before my lunch I went to the toilet again and it was green too. I am really worried about my health as I am going to travel in aroung 5-6days time. I have not seen a doctor yet and I am only 13 this year. Please help! Thanks!

Start on antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole. get lab investigations like CBC, stool anaylisis, hanging drop. take light and hygenic food. take plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration
