Mild Fever At Night, Weakness, Tiredness, Cough, Cold. Treatment Options?
hello sir, i am XXXXXXXXX, age 21. from around last 2-3 weeks i m suffering from mild fever which effects at nights & its normal in the morning..... but i feel weakness all d time.... its like sudden, now i am alright but may b after a hour or more i ll feel too tired.... additionally i would mention that i am having cough too ( cold ) from the first day...

This id the symptoms of flu.
But firstly conferm the low grade fever reason.
Do your blood test.
Malaria test.
Widal test.
Platlets count.
Treatmemt:
Tab. Wikoryl 1,bd
Tab. Zintec 150 mg
Tab. Zifi 200 mg 2bd
With good health.
