Mild coccyx pain before bowel movement with tingling on rectum. Could it be tumor?

For the last few months I have experienced mild coccyx pain (feels like it is bruised) just before a bowel movement . 3 weeks ago it felt a bit worse and I also started getting lower back pain ( sacrum ) on the right hand side when sitting on a soft surface or lying flat on my back. After a few days the discomfort then included tingling/burning sensation on right hand side of general bum area including rectum . I went to see an osteopath about a week ago who thought it may be a bulging spinal disc putting pressure on nerves which feed into that area, which kind of made sense. She also did a bit of work on my lower back. Since seeing her most of the tingling/burning sensation has faded but I am left with quite a lot of sensation/discomfort (not pain) in my rectum (started on right side, now moved to left side, feels about 2 inches inside). When I have a bowel movement or pass gas it sometimes feels like the poo/gas is travelling downwards then moves to the left side then back down, almost like it is going passed a lump or something. I am too afraid to feel inside as I am terrified i will find a tumor of something (I suffer from health anxiety and these worries have completely consumed me over the last few weeks..). No rectal bleeding. I went to see a locum doctor today who was completely useless. He did a Google search and made some reference to Coccydynia but I don t think this could be the cause of the rectal discomfort as the coccyx pain seems to be getting better, and was never that bad. He also basically refused to examine me and told be to come back in a few weeks if the symptoms don t improve (I would normally be comforted by this response but he really didn t seem to know what he was talking about). Has anyone suffered from anything similar? I have completely exhausted Google searches and gone through the motions of believing I have colorectal cancer , anal cancer and bone cancer...! Please please help! (24 year old female, non-smoker, healthy diet, fairly active, no family history of serious illnesses)
