Hi, I'm Washington. I have much migrain even since childhood every time I eat or drink any of these : Potato starch and marshed potato, refined sugar/regular sugar, white bread, white rice, candy, cakes, cookies, margerine, cook and even peanut butter, or boiled red meat or chicken, any food rich in fat. I'm now in my fifties and my migrain is affecting the quality of my life very much. I lived most of my life in Germany with my German wife from Munich, Germany. There in Germany, I never saw a Doctor about my problem. Now, for the most part of the day, I cannot concentrate. To make a long story short, can some forms of sugars and carbohydrates be the cause of my Migrain? I'm going to see a Doctor on Tuesday. But could you as physician suggest something that can be of help? Thanks, Washington.
