Migraines, Memory Loss. MRI Of The Brain Showing Lupus With Associated Headaches, Patchy Clivus. Any Advice?

Hello, I'm 47 years old and have migraine headaches and memory loss. Can you interpret my MRI findings?
MRI OF THE BRAIN WITHOUT CONTRAST:
INDICATION: Lupus with associated headaches with worsening memory
difficulties.

TECHNIQUE: MRI of the brain is performed without intravenous Magnevist.

FINDINGS: No acute infarct by T2-weighted images. Marrow pattern of
clivus is patchy probably due to patient's young age. There is a number
of subcortical white matter signal abnormalities with two areas in the
left frontal lobe, image 17, series 7. Small area image 16, series 7 in
the right frontal lobe and another one scattered in the frontal and left
parietal on image 15, series 7. Small inferior right frontal operculum of
white matter signal abnormality as well. No posterior fossa lesions
identified. Normal flow voids skull base are present. Minimal mucosal
thickening posterior left ethmoid air cells.
Impression

: Compared to 1/11/2011, there is again scattered subcortical
white matter signal abnormalities with at least 2 new lesions, one in the
right frontal lobe image 16, series 7, and probably a small one in the
right inferior frontal lobe near the frontal operculum, image 13, series
7. No edema or mass effect. These are nonspecific and again slightly
increased. It is possibly in the range of normal versus possibly
Lupus-related vasculitis or other process and correlation advised. There
is no diffusion abnormality, edema or mass effect though.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
These MRI abnormalities are minor and non-specific.
These can occur due to ischemia (lack of blood flow) to brain, which is due to lupus.
Treatment would be as for lupus and no additional treatment is required at present on the basis of MRI findings.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
